Management Mr. Locker is Chief Executive Officer and President of Inlet Capital Management, LLC. In addition, Mr. Locker is President of Global Capital Resources LLC and President of GCR Advisors Inc.
Mr. Locker was previously a Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2000, Mr. Locker was Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., responsible for Real Estate Investment Banking.
Mr. Locker is a member of Glenborough Realty Trust’s Board of Directors, Director of IVP Securities, LLC, Trustee of the National Jewish Center, ex-Associate Board member of NAREIT and Assistant Chair of the Urban Land Institute. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Wharton Zell Real Estate Center, Fisher Center for Real Estate and numerous philanthropic and community organizations. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer in Real Estate at New York University.
Mr. MacDonald is Managing Director of Inlet Capital Management, LLC and is responsible for investments, asset management and capital market activities. He is also Vice President of Global Capital Resources, LLC. Mr. MacDonald has broad experience in real estate investment, development, financing, management and acquisitions. Mr. MacDonald has worked on more than $1.5 billion of closed transactions, including a variety of developments, acquisitions, dispositions and financings of multifamily, office and mixed-use properties. Mr. MacDonald is a partner in MacDonald & Cie, and previously held positions with Swig Equities, Zeckendorf Realty and Brown, Harris, Stevens. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York State. Mr. MacDonald earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and has completed a Masters of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
Mr. Geramian serves as Managing Director for Inlet Capital Management, LLC responsible for origination, capital markets and financial advisory to third parties. He has originated, structured, distributed, and worked out approximately $15 billion of commercial real estate debt transactions in the US and globally. He has in-depth experience in key components of real estate finance: bank lending for new development, capital markets for securitization, and restructuring/recapitalization for turnaround projects and assets. As senior adviser to Credit Suisse from 2006 to 2008, he led the team establishing the bank's commercial real estate finance platform in Dubai to cover the Middle East. In the prior ten years, as Director at Deutsche Bank Securities Real Estate Debt Markets and earlier at Lehman Brothers, he structured term loans for publicly traded and privately held real estate companies, and executed placements with high yield funds and other institutional investors. From 1993 to 1998, he was a senior member of Moody's CMBS group responsible for developing analytical models and overseeing a team of analysts rating structured transactions. He began his career with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, first as corporate credit analyst and then as a line officer responsible for loan syndications to US and international banks. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University, as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in civil engineering from the University of Michigan. Mr. Richards has over 30 years experience in a variety of senior management, finance and real estate roles. Most recently, he spent three years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DynamicCity, Inc., a telecommunications consulting company that constructs high capacity fiber optic networks. Prior to that, for nine years he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Baker & Taylor Inc., a $1.1 billion international wholesale distributor of books, videos and music for nine years. Before Baker & Taylor, Mr. Richards was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group of the Wall Street investment-banking firm, Bear Stearns & Co. where he spent six years. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Richards spent ten years in a variety of financial roles at Marriott Corporation, a leading provider of lodging and food services where he was Vice President of Project Finance and closed financings totaling over six billion dollars in asset value. Mr. Richards began his career on the audit staff of the public accounting firm Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Richards completed the executive management program at Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University. |
